Curtis Chairman Featured in Australian Broadcasting Corp. Documentary on Investment Arbitration

Curtis Chairman George Kahale III was featured in an Australian Broadcasting Corp. radio documentary, “ISDS: The devil in the trade deal” and the accompanying article on its website. The documentary focuses on Investor State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) and features excerpts from the keynote address Mr. Kahale delivered at the Juris Investment Treaty Arbitration Conference in Washington this past March, as well as a follow-up interview with ABC reporter Jess Hill.
