Paris, February 22, 2012 — International law firm Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP advised Publicis Groupe on its acquisition of a leading independent French digital agency, Mediagong.
Publicis Groupe is the third largest communications group in the world with a presence in more than 100 countries. Mediagong 's client list is especially strong in the food, beauty and luxury industries, as well as financial services and retail, and includes market leaders Accor hotels, Bel, Crédit Agricole, Danone, Dessange International and Lindt. Mediagong will be aligned with Leo Burnett France, one of the top ten full-service agencies in France.
