On May 10th, Partner and Environmental Chair Charles Howland will be a speaker on a webinar presented by the Green Hydrogen Organization (“GHO”), which will lay out how green hydrogen projects will play a key role in meeting several of the 2030 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), furthering both global decarbonization efforts and local, sustainable development. This presentation is part of the GHO’s webinar about its recently published guidance, Green Hydrogen Legislation and Contracting - For People And Planet. This guidance, developed by a workgroup of project developers, governments, civil society organisations and law firms (including Mr. Howland and Curtis partner Susan Maples) is intended to foster good practices in the execution of contracts which will underpin the green hydrogen economy.
