Curtis Partners to Speak on Panels Organized by the Southern Cone International Disputes Forum in Buenos Aires

Managing partner of Curtis' Washington, D.C. office, Claudia Frutos-Peterson and partner Fernando Tupa will participate in an international arbitration conference organized by the South Cone International Disputes Forum. The event is taking place on October 3-4 in Buenos Aires.

Fernando Tupa will participate in a panel titled “Good decisions, bad decisions and challenges of arbitral awards” as part of a practical training on international arbitration. The panel will take place on October 3 at 9am (GMT-3) at the Universidad Austral.

Claudia Frutos-Peterson will be speaking on a panel discussing "Environment and international disputes: a necessary conversation?", on October 4 at 12:15pm (GMT-3) at the conference, taking place at the Hotel Intersur Recoleta.
