On November 16, 2023, Partner Fernando Tupa will be a panelist on the program “Latin American Perspectives on Investor-State Dispute Resolution.” The panelists will present an overview of the different Investor-State Dispute Resolution models throughout Latin America, based on their own experiences in the field. This event is organized in partnership with the Columbia International Arbitration Association (CIAA).
