How to Handle Competition Issues

Javier Jimenez and Claudia Frutos-Peterson participated in the Seventh Annual Seminar: International Commercial Arbitration, "How to Handle Competition Issues" organized by the Center on International Commercial Arbitration of the American University Washington College of Law and co-sponsored by the ICC, the AAA and ICSID. The event took place from October 12-14, 2010 in Washington.D.C. This seminar discussed a mock case on competition issues under the ICC Rules for Arbitration.
