Javier Hernandez spoke at PLI's Pension Plan Investments 2011: Current Perspectives on April 5, 2011 at the PLI, New York Center. He was a part of the session “ERISA Regulation Review: Definition of “Fiduciary” and Section 408(b)(2),” during which the panel participants discussed the proposed revised “investment advice” regulatory definition and regulations under Section 408(b)(2) requiring the disclosure of fee information by certain service providers to assist plan fiduciaries in assessing the reasonableness of contracts or arrangements.
