Partner Charles Howland to Moderate Panel at American Bar Association Master Class on Complex Environmental Liability Resolution

Environmental Practice head Charles Howland will be moderating a panel entitled “Federal vs. State Liability Protections and Due Care Obligations during Property Acquisitions: How ‘Certain’ is Certain?” at the American Bar Association's Master Class on Complex Environmental Liability Resolution, being held in Atlanta on June 12. Charlie is also a member of the Conference’s Planning Committee, and will be speaking on a novel path for taking a site of ‘federal interest’ through a state voluntary cleanup program. The conference is expected to draw some of the nation's leading environmental lawyers, consultants and regulators involved in Superfund and Brownfields redevelopment issues, regulatory reform, and environmental insurance.
