Partner Charles Howland will speak on a webinar panel entitled Getting City Clean Energy Projects “Shovel Ready” In Time For Federal Stimulus Monies, sponsored by the Municipal Sustainable Energy Forum. The webinar, which takes place on March 11 at 12:00 PM EST, will address what it will likely mean to be "shovel ready" in the context of local renewable energy projects, in particular, and how economic development agencies, private developers, and others can best to prepare and position such projects to be able to access future federal stimulus spending and other financial support.
