Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson and Associate Borzu Sabahi Present at ILI Seminar

Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson and associate Borzu Sabahi of the international arbitration group will present at the International Law Institute's seminar, “2014 International Oil & Gas Development: Upstream,” on May 7, 2014. The seminar will focus on international oil and gas contracts used in the upstream industry involving petroleum exploration and production operations, and on key commercial, legal and financial issues involved in international upstream projects. Participants in the seminar include representatives from various governments such as Ghana, Kenya, Madagascar, Mozambique, Nigeria, and Uganda.
