Italy's bi-monthly journal, International Corporate Rescue has published an article by Curtis Italy Partner Emanuella Agostinelli (Volume 18, Issue 4 of International Corporate Rescue).
The article is entitled ‘The new Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency and the Covid-19 Era: A comparison and some food for thought’ and deals with the impact of the pandemic on the new Italian Code on Business Crisis by providing an overview of such an impact with respect to some of its major aspects and the types of amendments that have been (and are being) implemented by Italian lawmakers, particularly as part of an effort to harmonize the Code with European legislation recently enacted.
