Partner Lawrence Goodman to Address European M&A at 2013 Cross-Border Summit

Lawrence Goodman, co-chair of Curtis' Mergers and Acquisitions practice, will speak at the M&A Advisor 2013 Cross-Border Summit. Mr. Goodman will participate on the M&A Market Report-Europe panel, discussing trends and recent developments in the U.S./European Cross-Border M&A market. The conference will be held on May 14 at the New York Athletic Club.
