Partner Simon Batifort will participate in the 10^th Investment Treaty Arbitration Conference, hosted by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, on October 1, 2020. He will speak on a panel on “COVID-19 related claims,” focusing on possible investor-state disputes in the wake of the global pandemic.
