Peter Wolrich, Partner (Paris), Chairman of ICC Commission on Arbitration, Speaks at ICC Conference in New York

Peter Wolrich, Chairman of the ICC Commission on Arbitration since 2002, spoke at the 6th annual ICC New York Conference on September 19th and 20th. The conference is the launch event for the presentation of the new ICC Rules, of which Mr. Wolrich played a key role in drafting. The conference explained the changes made to the ICC Rules, and participants had the opportunity to learn about this third revision to the Rules from practitioners who participated in the process.
