Partner Simon Batifort and Counsel Lise Johnson will speak on a panel on Tuesday, October 10 during the meeting of UNCITRAL Working Group III on investor-State dispute settlement in Vienna. The panel will focus on “Taking Stock of State Efforts to Manage Their Investment Treaties” and will also include Jaroslav Kudrna (Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic), Ladan Mehranvar (Columbia Center for Sustainable Investment), Josef Ostřanský (International Institute for Sustainable Development), and Daniel Uribe (South Centre).
