Simon Batifort Co-Authors Article on MFN Clauses in American Journal of International Law and Presents It at ASIL Midyear Meeting

Simon Batifort, Senior Associate in the International Arbitration Group in New York, has co-authored an article entitled “The New Debate on the Interpretation of MFN Clauses in Investment Treaties: Putting the Brakes on Multilateralization,” which will be published as lead article by the American Journal of International Law in 2018.

He and his co-author, J. Benton Heath (a former Curtis associate), have been invited to present the article at the American Society of International Law’s Midyear Meeting, which will take place on October 26-28, 2017 in St Louis, Missouri.
