Partner Simon Batifort delivered a lecture on “National Treatment & Most-Favoured-Nation Treatment” on October 10, 2022, as part of Queen Mary University of London’s Executive Course on International Investment Law and Arbitration.

The Executive Course offers a comprehensive study of the law and practice of international investment arbitration for government lawyers, representatives from governmental institutions and local authorities, judges, treaty negotiators and other officials, over the course of 10 weeks.
