Partner Simon Batifort will speak on a panel about "The specificities of sanctions against, or by, the Russian Federation and international disputes," as part of an ICC Young Arbitration & ADR Forum (YAAF), which will be held in Brussels on September 23, 2022. He will focus on potential investor-State arbitrations that may arise in this context.
