Some Reflections on the Exclusion of Nuclear Damage from the Scope of Application of the Environmental Liability Directive

Eliana Danzi recently published a paper titled 'Some Reflections on the Exclusion of Nuclear Damage from the Scope of Application of the Environmental Liability Directive'. The paper, which takes into consideration the shortcomings of the international nuclear legal framework dealing with environmental harm, analyzes the implications for European Union member states arising out of the exclusion of nuclear damage from the scope of application of the Environmental Liability Directive. It was included in Norbert Pelzer (Ed.), 'European Nuclear Liability Law in a Process of Change: Proceedings of the AIDN/INLA 2009 Regional Conference in Berlin' (Nomos, Baden-Baden, 2010).
