Bibigul Nugumova is an associate in the Corporate and International Arbitration groups, her practice focuses on contract, corporate and commercial matters.

Ms. Nugumova has experience in the preparation of different legal documentation, translations and fee proposals in a variety of fields. She has undertaken due diligence work in preparation for an IPO and has experience in road construction projects alongside oil and gas work.

Ms. Nugumova has worked on major oil and gas arbitrations emanating from Kazakhstan under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Center for Settlement of International Disputes ( ICSID), Singapore International arbitration Center (SIAC) and United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Arbitration Rules. Her experience includes representing both states and government -owned entities on cases in Kazakhstan.
