In his corporate practice, Mr. Guerrero advises public and private clients on a broad range of matters, with a particular focus on financial and general commercial transactions.

Mr. Guerrero holds a Law Degree (J.D. equivalent) from ITAM, graduating with honors, and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, where he was elected LL.M. Class Marshal by his cohort. He is admitted to practice in Mexico and in the State of New York.

El Sr. Guerrero tiene experiencia en disputas internacionales que involucran Estados soberanos, entidades estatales y empresas privadas, tanto en arbitrajes de inversión como comerciales. También cuenta con experiencia en procedimientos de mediación.

En su práctica corporativa, el Sr. Guerrero asesora a clientes públicos y privados en una amplia gama de asuntos, con un enfoque particular en transacciones financieras y comerciales generales.
