Marco Debertolis is an associate active in the corporate, litigation and antitrust groups of the firm.
His experience focuses on a wide range of litigation matters, particularly on commercial and administrative law. He assists and advises state-owned companies with respect to public procurement, tenders and environmental matters, as well as in all related litigation matters.
Mr. Debertolis also assists private companies and investment real estate funds in the context of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions in relation to environmental, real estate and labor related issues, as well as corporate assistance.
He advises private companies in competition law matters, with a particular focus on concentrations and abuse of dominant market position.
Prior to joining Curtis in 2018, Mr. Debertolis developed a considerable experience in civil and commercial litigation with other domestic law firms, after a first experience as in-house legal officer in a business and military aviation company.
