Mario G. Gutiérrez Chávez is an associate in the International Arbitration and International Corporate groups of the Firm, based in the Mexico City office.
Mr. Gutierrez has been part of teams representing sovereign states and state entities in international disputes, both in investor-state and commercial arbitrations.
With respect to corporate matters, Mr. Gutiérrez's practice focuses on advising private clients, with particular emphasis on financial and general commercial affairs.
Mr. Mario Gutiérrez has a Law Degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, from where he graduated as top of his class, and with honors. He was granted a Merit Scholarship, and while in law school, he served as Vice President and Treasurer of the Law Students Association.
