Mexico City partner Antonio M. Prida will participate in a virtual discussion on Mexico’s proposed General Law of Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms, hosted by Arbitraje CANACO on Thursday, August 27 at 5pm (CST) via Zoom. The session will analyze the proposed law, which was submitted to the Mexican Senate earlier this month, and will examine its impact on dispute resolution and mediation proceedings going forward.
