Claudia Frutos-Peterson Speaks at the Universidad Externado de Colombia’s 6th Conference on National and International Arbitration

Dr. Claudia Frutos-Peterson will speak on a panel about “Transparency vs. Confidentiality, Can a Balance Be Reached?” as part of the National and International Arbitration Conference VI, hosted by the Department of Law at the Universidad Externado de Colombia on November 2, 2022.

Dr. Frutos-Peterson and her co-panelists, who include the Director of Colombia’s Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado, will discuss topics including third-party funding in arbitration, publication and publicity of awards and other arbitration proceedings, the protection of confidentiality and related assumptions, and the concept of jurisprudence in arbitration.
