Claudia Frutos-Peterson Speaks on the Auxiliary Role of Judges During Arbitral Proceedings

Dr. Claudia Frutos-Peterson will speak on “The Auxiliary Role of Judges During Arbitral Proceedings,” at a seminar hosted by Escuela Federal de Formación Judicial, el Centro de Arbitraje de Mexico (CAM) and CANACO on September 29, 2022.

The seminar is the first of an educational series entitled, “Dialogues on Arbitration and the Role of Courts,” designed for judges in Mexico to elevate their familiarity with arbitration as a dispute settlement mechanism, and to enhance their understanding of the role they play in arbitration proceedings.
