Corporate Governance and Securities Law - A Public Company Handbook

R.R. Donnelley has announced the publication of the 2011 Edition of Corporate Governance and Securities Laws A Public Company Handbook, written by members of Curtis' Public Company and Corporate Governance practice group, which is headed by partners Jeff Ostrager, Valarie Hing and Larry Goodman. The book is intended to serve as a general reference guide for public company officers and directors on key securities laws and corporate governance requirements applicable to public companies. The 2011 Edition also covers significant reforms applicable to public companies which are contained in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
