Curtis’ Historic Role in SCOTUS Case Discussed in “Advisory Opinions” Podcast

The podcast, “Advisory Opinions,” featured Curtis’ pro bono Supreme Court case, United States v. Vaello-Madero, on a recent episode entitled, “The Insular Cases.” Neil Weare, founding director of a non-profit organization advocating for the rights of residents of U.S. territories, discussed Partner Hermann Ferré’s recent argument in the Court and Curtis’ historic involvement in the initial Insular Cases in the early 20th Century “on the right side of things.”
