Fernando Tupa Speaks at Seminar on International Arbitration organized by CARI on October 5

Partner Fernando Tupa will speak at a seminar organized by the International Law Institute of the Consejo Argentino para las Relaciones Internacionales (CARI), together with the Permanent Court of Arbitration, on October 5, 2023, at 5 pm in Buenos Aires. He will speak on the topic of “Dual nationality of physical persons in investment arbitration”. The event will be held in a hybrid format.
