Partner Fernando Tupa will speak at the Conferencia Lationamericana de Arbitraje (Latin American Arbitration Conference) on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 in Asuncion, Paraguay. He will speak on a panel entitled “Investment Arbitrations and Criminal Proceedings.”
