Partner Antonio M. Prida Participates in FIDE Webinar on the Role of Lawyers in the Mediation Process

Mexico City partner Antonio M. Prida participated in a webinar entitled, “El papel del abogado en los procesos de mediación,” hosted by Fide Fundación on Wednesday, June 17.

The webinar focused on the role that attorneys play and the value they add to mediation proceedings, best practices for distributing legal costs, issues that should be left out of the mediation process, as well as how to proceed once the disputing parties reach an agreement.

Mr. Prida published a follow-up synopsis of the session in El Semanario on Friday, June 19.
