Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson will speak on a roundtable entitled, “Discussion about the relevance of the enforcement of nullified awards and the search for possible practical conclusions,” as part of a conference on the Execution of Nullified Arbitral Awards, hosted by ICC Mexico’s Nuevo León chapter on November 27 in Monterrey. The conference, which focuses on lessons learned from the COMMISA vs PEMEX case, will be attended by local ICC members and private sector professionals.
