Frutos-Peterson speaks on Investment Arbitration in Mexico

Washington, D.C. Managing Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson will speak at a seminar on investment arbitration in Mexico, taking place on Friday, April 30 and organized by La Barra Mexicana de Abogados de Mexico and several other Mexican institutions, including the Instituto Mexicano de Arbitraje.

Dr. Frutos-Peterson will present Module III: Investment Arbitration Institutions and Authorities, which will feature a discussion of the ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC and SCC institutions, rules and complementary mechanisms.
