Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson to speak at ILI International Investment Treaties and Investor-State Arbitration Seminar

Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson will speak at a seminar on International Investment Treaties and Investor-State Arbitration, hosted by the International Law Institute. Ms. Frutos-Peterson will discuss ICSID jurisdictional requirements and the denial of benefits in ISDS.

Partner Dr. Borzu Sabahi and Counsel Marat Umerov will also be participating in the ILI seminar, which will be attended by government officials from the Philippines, Hong Kong and Nigeria.

The seminar will be delivered through 5 live sessions via Zoom from Monday 30^th November until Friday 4^th December 2020.
