Fernando Tupa (Partner) will participate as a panelist in the First International Conference on Arbitration and Energy organized by the Instituto Peruano de Arbitraje (IPA). The topic of the panel will be: “Arbitration in the Energy Sector: Nature and Evolution of Public or Administrative Contracts. Tension between private and public interest?” The panel will take place on January 8^th at 10:30 Lima time.
