Partner Irene Petrelli to Participate in ICC YAAF Event

On May 12, Milan Partner Irene Petrelli will participate in an event entitled, “International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (YAAF): Ethical Issues in International Arbitration.” This event is jointly organized by ICC YAAF and the Institute of International Studies of the Catholic University of Milan.

The event will feature two panels of arbitration practitioners, members of arbitral institutions and in-house counsel, who will discuss “current problems” and “tentative solutions” with respect to a variety of ethics issues that may arise in the course of an arbitration and affect the enforceability of the award.
