Partner Sebastiano Nessi appointed Council Member of the YSIAC (Singapore International Arbitration Center)

Curtis is pleased to announce that Sebastiano Nessi was appointed Council Member of the YSIAC (Singapore International Arbitration Center).

YSIAC aims to promote the use of international arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, both regionally and internationally, and to provide a platform for young professionals to work together to address the unique challenges faced by the legal and business communities across a diverse range of Asian jurisdictions and cultures.

Established in 1991 as an independent, not-for-profit organisation, the Singapore International Arbitration Center has a proven track record in providing neutral arbitration services to the global business community. It is ranked 2nd among the world’s top 5 arbitral institutions, and is the most preferred arbitral institution in the Asia-Pacific.
