International Arbitration and Disputes partner Sebastiano Nessi participated as a speaker at a conference hosted by Geneva Chamber of Commerce and Industry and organized by the Swiss Arbitration Association on 29 June 2023.

The panel discussed the complex interactions between court and arbitration proceedings in the context of anti-suit and anti-arbitration injunctions, a topic on which Sebastiano Nessi wrote several publications.

Mr. Nessi was joined by attorneys from other leading law firms in Europe.
