Partner T. Barry Kingham Speaks at New York County Lawyers' Association CLE Program

T. Barry Kingham, Co-Chair of the Litigation group, will speak at a day-long CLE program at the New York County Lawyers' Association on June 11, 2013. The program, Advice From Experts: More Successful Strategies for Winning Commercial Cases in New York State Courts, will feature a number of leading attorneys discussing how to win commercial cases in New York State Courts. Mr. Kingham will participate in the panel “Ethical Issues in Commercial Cases.”
