Partners Andrew Seiden and Lynn Harrison and Counsel Eric Stenshoel Present at New York State Bar Association Meeting

Curtis Restructuring and Insolvency partner Lynn Harrison, Entertainment and Media partner Andrew Seiden, and Intellectual Property counsel Eric Stenshoel will present the first panel at the New York State Bar Association's Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section's fall meeting. “Best Practices to Protect Entertainment Assets in a Bankruptcy” will provide insight into the application of bankruptcy principles and procedures in the entertainment industry. The panel will focus on the implications of recent developments in case law for the structuring of transactions involving intellectual property assets.

The meeting will be held at The Cornell Club on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at 3:30 PM.
