Simon Batifort Lectures on ISDS and Climate Change at University Paris Nanterre

Partner Simon Batifort has been invited to teach a two-day course on investor-State dispute settlement (ISDS) and climate change at the faculty of law of University Paris Nanterre in December 2023. The course will address the impact of ISDS on States’ ability to take climate change action as well as the steps that States can take in adjusting ISDS and international investment law to preserve flexibility in tackling the climate crisis.
