Simon Batifort has been invited to speak at the 10^th Harvard International Arbitration Conference that will take place on February 1-3, 2024 at Harvard Law School. His panel will address “The Crisis of Investment Arbitration: What’s Next?” and will feature the Head of the Czech Ministry of Finance’s International Arbitration and Investment Protection Unit as well as other leading practitioners.
