Simon Batifort Speaks at UNCITRAL Working Group III Side Event

Simon Batifort spoke on damages in investor-State dispute settlement (ISDS) at a side event organized on January 26, 2023 in Vienna during the 44^th Session of UNCITRAL Working Group III on the reform of ISDS. Other panelists included UNCITRAL Secretary Anna Joubin-Bret as well as Ladan Mehranvar from the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment (CCSI) and Josef Ostranski from the International Institute for Sustainable Development. Delegations from States and other organizations actively participated in the event, which was organized by CCSI, IISD, the International Institute for Environment and Development, and South Centre.
