On December 15, 2023, Washington D.C. partner Borzu Sabahi gave a presentation via video recording on choice of forum clauses in investment contracts in a conference organized by National University of Mongolia (NUM) entitled “Foreign Direct Investment: Developing Trends of National and International Investment Law”. Other speakers included professors and practitioners from NUM, Mongolian International Arbitration Center, and University of Debrecen, Hungary, and private law firms.
