Fernando Tupa Lectures on Fair and Equitable Treatment at an Investment Arbitration Course Organized by Litigando Derecho

Partner Fernando Tupa will teach a class on “Fair and Equitable Treatment” as part of a short course on international investment arbitration. This session is organized by Litigando Derecho, a legal institution focused on dissemination, training and research in litigation and arbitration, with an international perspective.
