Francesco Sorace, an associate in the International Arbitration Group based in Milan, has published an article on “Enforcing an ICSID Award Issued in an Intra-EU Investment Arbitration: An Italian Law Perspective” in the Italian Review of International and Comparative Law.
The article examines the conflict between obligations under the ICSID Convention and EU law in relation to the enforcement of intra-EU arbitral awards and analyzes the implication of this conflict in the context of the Italian constitutional system. The article is available here.
