Partner Antonio Prida named as Vice-President of Mexico's ICC Arbitration and ADR Commission

Partner Antonio M. Prida recently concluded his second term as President of Mexico’s ICC Mediation Committee (2019–2022). Given his leadership during his 4-year tenure, Mr. Prida will now act as Vice-President of Mexico’s ICC Arbitration and ADR Commission (2023–2025) after accepting the offer of the Commission’s incoming President. The Commission oversees several committees, including the Mediation, Investment Arbitration, and Construction Dispute Resolution Committees, among others. Mr. Prida will play a key role in fostering Mediation as an ADR mechanism.
