Partner Elisa Botero will participate on a panel at the first United Nations Commission for International Trade Law in Latin America and the Caribbean Day (UNCITRAL-LATAC Day), a virtual conference hosted by the Externado de Colombia University under the auspices of UNCITRAL, on November 26, 2020 at 10am. Ms. Botero will speak on panel 4, which will explore “The Colombian experience in the application of the UNCITRAL instruments on transparency in investor-State arbitrations.”
