Curtis Attorneys Publish Article in the Fashion Law on How Brands Can Avoid Influencer Advertising Mistakes in the Cross-Border Context

Partner Daniela Della Rosa, counsel Eric Stenshoel along with associate Kaitlyn Devenyns have published an article in The Fashion Law entitled, “Selling Under the Influence: How Brands Can Avoid Influencer Advertising Mistakes in the Cross-Border Context.” The article focuses on how influencer content is easily distributed around the world and is thus subject to variable legal and regulatory requirements within different jurisdictions.

Partner Daniela Della Rosa is based in Italy and advises international premium brands on their commercial operations, M&A and IP portfolio management in Italy, the U.S. and internationally. Ms. Della Rosa co-chairs the firm’s Fashion, Beauty and Luxury practice.

Counsel Eric Stenshoel is based in New York and is notable for his breadth of intellectual property experience, which includes developing and protecting international portfolios of trademark rights as well as compliance with U.S. copyright law.
